Refunds

Because downloads are delivered instantly, by buying a digital product you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download is available.

If a file is faulty, doesn't open, or isn't as described, contact the email address on your receipt within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

For custom work: if we can't complete your order, or the result doesn't match your brief and we can't put it right, you get a full refund.
