Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Oplexa Digital.

Digital products

Products in the shop are digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment you get a download link straight away. Products are for your personal use (and, for website templates, one business of your own). You may not resell, share or redistribute the files.

Custom work

Custom orders are made from the details you give us. They are made with the help of AI tools and checked before delivery. You are responsible for checking the finished work, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. We never invent qualifications or experience for you.

AI disclosure

Our products and custom work are made with the help of AI tools and reviewed for quality before they are sold or delivered.
